If you received a Candidate Performance Report, start with the official CPR explanation. Describe a pattern in your own words. Keep your report and identifying details private.
For example, “I often chose an action before I worked out which findings mattered” gives other learners something specific to discuss. Ask how they practiced that reasoning step and how they checked whether the change helped.
