Before your appointment, read the instructions in your confirmation and the [official NCLEX exam-day guide](https://www.nclex.com/exam-day.page). Use the guidance for your scheduled appointment and location.

Make a short checklist of the details you have confirmed: the date and local time, the testing location or delivery instructions, the identification requirements, and what you can bring. Record where to check again if something changes.

For an exam-day question, give your exam, the general location or format when relevant, and the official page you checked. Leave out appointment numbers, ID images, and private contact details.

Afterward, you are welcome to share what helped with logistics or managing nerves while keeping exam content confidential.
